Rich Oborn is the Director of the Center for Medical Cannabis at the Utah Department of Health. For the past year he has been the leader of the effort to authorize and license the cannabis pharmacy segment of the Utah medical cannabis program. He will review the framework under which the state became the 33 state with a medical cannabis operation. Rich is an alum of the U with an undergraduate degree in political science and a masters in public administration.
