Dick Levinson is an expert in bank loans and the secondary trading of bank loans.  Earlier in his career, Dick was the US Country Treasurer for Citibank.  He is currently a partner with Canaras, a manager of over $2 billion of bank loans.  He has deep experience in the loan market including being appointed by the US Bankruptcy Court as a member of the Creditors Committee for the resolution and liquidation of Refco Inc., one of the bigger frauds of our times.  He holds a BA in Economics and MS in Operations Research from Union College and an MA in Finance from Wharton.
