Rachel George Terry has been an Assistant Utah Attorney General since 2015 and works in the Civil Rights Section of the Litigation Division representing universities, school districts, the Department of Corrections, and other state agencies and employees in Title IX and constitutional cases. Ms. Terry previously worked for the law firm Fabian & Clendenin for 8 years doing complex litigation, including working on mining cases, and two years for the Utah Board of Education as an investigator and prosecutor in educator misconduct cases. Ms. Terry lives in Bountiful with her husband and 10-year-old twins and is a member of the Utah Republican State Central Committee.
