About Coaxion:
COAXION Global is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization that works to unite, support, and empower those serving individuals impacted or vulnerable to sex trafficking and child exploitation.
Who Coaxion is:
Coaxion is an organization of professionals committed to ending sex trafficking and child exploitation.
What Coaxion does:
Coaxion provides tailored solutions to find and heal exploited persons everywhere. Coaxion recognizes that law enforcement agencies and critical service providers don’t always have the necessary resources to immediately address the complexities of human trafficking and child exploitation. Coaxion works with law enforcement and treatment professionals, to promote multidisciplinary teams of professionals involved in child protective and victim healing services.
Coaxion uses three primary principles:
Collaborate – Coaxion collaborates with all who are committed to ending human trafficking and child exploitation including, law enforcement and prosecution, and physical and mental health professionals committed to anti-trafficking and child exploitation efforts. Coaxion brings experts together to provide sustainable solutions for law enforcement and victim service providers around the world.
Develop – Coaxion develops proactive strategies to combat human trafficking and child exploitation and heal those who fall victim to sex trafficking and child exploitation. The implementation of best practices fortifies the efforts of those best positioned to combat human trafficking and child exploitation around the world.
Empower – Coaxion empowers those best positioned to immediately impact sex trafficking and child exploitation by evaluating deficiencies and providing education and applied technologies to most effectively enhance their abilities.

• Coaxion helps save the silent. Children simply don’t report these crimes. Like other crimes that are prioritized, the victims don’t report these crimes.
• Coaxion’s mission closely aligns with the Palermo Protocols established in 2000. The Palermo Protocols provide governing principles for countries to develop anti-trafficking laws and counter trafficking strategies within the legal framework of each country.

AND Many organizations are doing exceptional work in helping the wounded body, minds and souls to heal and become whole again - the Protection Pillar
But the Coaxion team, led by seasoned law enforcement professionals, clearly recognizes that the Prosecution Pillar is in need of fortification everywhere. All
Pillars are important but the Prosecution Pillar is weak and needs to be strengthened everywhere. No one pillar can be neglected if we are to prevail in ending child exploitation.
Coaxion executives have traveled the world working with law enforcement to evaluate their anti trafficking and child exploitation efforts. Unfortunately, relatively few LE entities in countries, states, even our own cities have made significant progress in developing effective enforcement strategies to safeguard children from those who aggressively seek to harm them.
Why are we not making significant progress to bolster our law enforcement efforts in saving children from sexual predators? And why is this not a priority everywhere, with every law enforcement agency? Children don’t report these crimes. Therefore, such evil devastation continues to occur in the shadows of society - even in our own communities. No community is immune to this plague of evil and unspeakable abuse of children.
The internet is a fertile hunting ground for child predators. If your child has access to the internet, they are vulnerable to falling prey to a sexual predator. A child sexual predator uses clever tactics to groom and entice children online to eventually obtain sexual contact.
Once again, children don’t report these crimes. Coaxion is committed to empowering our law enforcement professionals to seek them out - “saving the silent.” Expose those who prey on our children in the shadows of cyberspace.
The complexities involved in finding those who prey on our children, successfully prosecuting these horrific crimes, and then considering the needs of the frail and broken child victims are often overwhelming for our police professionals, prosecutors and judges. And Coaxion promotes and facilitates the close alignment of LE with those who educate the public and the professionals who focus on the healing process.

Coaxion promotes an organic convergence of the 3 Ps to effectively deter, disrupt and dismantle human trafficking and child exploitation schemes.
• Why Coaxion focuses on the hurdles for law enforcement and prosecution
o Largely driven by culture, policy, and lack of adequate legislation
o Demands extraordinary skill, psychological resilience, and technical expertise by our law enforcement professionals
o Terribly uncomfortable crime and subject matter to designate officer to be consumed by
o Not a salient priority, so resources and efforts are not being dedicated to these horrific crimes by law enforcement administrators - again they focus on what is reported
o For those that do recognize the importance of prioritizing these crimes, many simply don’t know where to start. This work is truly complex, even for law enforcement.
• Coaxion is not here to criticize law enforcement, but to facilitate their success. Our Police are the best positioned to immediately make an impact and when properly trained and equipped can do amazing things. • Coaxion builds capacities of the professionals with the commission authority to attack trafficking and exploitation at its core. Coaxion executives have experienced these successes in their careers and are now committed to helping build law enforcement child saving capacities around the world.
The US LE community is certainly in need of such help. This can be best accomplished by public-private partnerships.

It is Coaxion’s experience that LE are eager to learn and to do these unsavory investigations. They just need the need the jump start and necessary resources to be successful.
• Awareness is important and much needed, but awareness alone doesn’t deter those inclined to take advantage of the vulnerable. Awareness does not curb the appetites of those who seek out children both in image and in person to sexually violate.
