Gabe Kaminsky is an investigative reporter for The Free Press. His work primarily focuses on the intersection of money, politics, and influence, including government spending, campaign finance, and non-profit organizations. His stories have been featured in outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, Politico, Forbes, and the New York Post.

Notably, his "Disinformation Inc." series on media censorship has led to congressional investigations, a new Pentagon law, and a lawsuit brought by conservative media outlets against the U.S. Department of State.

Kaminsky is from Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. He received the inaugural National Journalism Center Prize for Excellence in Investigative Journalism in 2023. Prior to joining The Free Press, he worked as an investigative reporter for the Washington Examiner, the Daily Caller News Foundation and had a role at the Daily Wire while completing his bachelor's degree. He also interned at The Federalist.
